LIVE BUILD SESSIONThursday, July 16 · 11:00 AM PT Founding cohort — one session

You already have AI tools. That was never the bottleneck.

Build Your AI Business Brain — live, in one sitting.

A live build session with Matt Nye — not a lecture. You’ll stand up the memory-and-workflow layer your AI needs to actually run with your business — your decisions, SOPs, meeting notes, prompts, and operating rules in one place any AI can read. You leave with it working, not with notes.

The system you’ll build

Business Brain
Remembers everything your business knows — decisions, SOPs, notes, voice, customers — in one place AI can read.
IAL
Decides what should happen next: reads the context and routes the right capability to the right moment.
Operators
Execute the actual work — the briefing, the draft, the follow-up, the SOP.
Loops
Make the system compound: each run learns from the last instead of starting over.
Surfaces
Let you approve, inspect, and steer — nothing important ships without a human in the loop.

Remembers → decides → executes → compounds → steers. You stay in control.

Build it once. Run it on any AI.

Your Business Brain is plain files plus open standards like MCP. The model underneath is a swappable part — when a better or cheaper engine ships, you swap the engine, not your system. No vendor lock-in, no rebuild.

The problem

More AI tools made it worse, not better.

Everything AI needs to be useful is scattered and trapped — ideas in notes you never revisit, SOPs in docs nobody opens, decisions in Slack threads and your own head, meetings in transcripts that die after the call. Every AI chat starts from zero, because it remembers none of it.

So you spend your day as the integration layer — re-explaining context, copying between tools, turning conversations into action by hand. The tools are powerful. The wiring between them is you. That is the work that never scales.

That’s not an AI problem. It’s a context problem — and it has a one-session fix.

What is an IAL?

The missing layer between your business and your AI tools.

Today, you are that layer. You hold the context in your head, decide what should happen next, and hand AI one isolated task at a time. The IAL takes that job off you — it remembers your business, decides what should happen next, and produces real work, then improves as you approve what ships.

The IAL is model-agnostic by design. Our reference build runs on Claude Code, but it is not required — the same setup runs on Cursor, OpenAI Codex, Gemini, Grok, or a local model via Ollama. Your business context lives in a plain operating-instructions file (CLAUDE.md / AGENTS.md / Cursor rules) and connects through MCP, an open cross-vendor standard — so the engine underneath is always a swappable part.

Why this is different

A second brain remembers. An AI employee answers. The IAL connects.

Where it stopsWhat the IAL adds
Second BrainOrganized memory that just sits there — you still act on itTurns that memory into finished work
AI EmployeesA named role, disconnected from how your business runsGives every operator your real context and a loop that improves
AI Agent ToolsTool-first complexity — you manage the plumbingHides the tools behind the outcome you want
The IALThe layer that decides, executes, and compounds — with you steering. Designed to get sharper the more you use it.

What’s included

Everything included for $97

A working system, not theory. Every item below is built or handed to you inside the live session.

Your Working Business Brain

Stood up live, with your real business inside it — not an empty folder tree you abandon next week.

The Operating Instructions File

The memo that tells any AI how your business runs — who you serve, how you talk, what you already decided. Written live from a starter template (your CLAUDE.md / AGENTS.md).

The Four Capture Templates

Decision log, SOP, meeting note, and prompt library — one filled in live with your real content so you know exactly how to use the rest.

The Loop Audit Worksheet

Score three workflows you already run against one rule: no trigger + no stop condition = not a loop. Leave with your shortlist worth automating first.

Live Build-Along + Q&A

Bring one process that lives only in your head. We turn it into an asset in the room — your business, not a canned example.

The Recording + Replay

Yours to keep. Rebuild the whole thing anytime, or hand it to the person who runs your ops.

This is the founding cohort — and with it come the founding-member template vault and a live office-hours session with Mattthat later cohorts won’t get. The live room is the product; the replay is your backup.

Read before you register

This is a build session. Come ready to build.

Bring three things:

  • 1.A laptop, with two hours protected. This is hands-on-keyboard, not watch-and-nod.
  • 2.One workflow that lives only in your head — client onboarding, weekly reporting, the follow-up you keep doing manually. We build with your real business.
  • 3.Any AI chat account. The reference build uses Claude Code, but Cursor, OpenAI Codex, Gemini, Grok, or a local model via Ollama all work — and a plain AI chat is enough to follow along. No paid AI plan required to start.

If you want theory, this isn’t it. The session is built for operators whose business still lives in their heads — which is exactly what the Business Brain fixes.

Your host

Taught by someone who runs on it every day.

Matt Nye

Founder, AIntrepreneurial · One person, a portfolio of companies, one system

  • Runs multiple companies solo — no assistants, no agency, no team behind the curtain. The system taught in this session is how.
  • 268 specialized agents run on a living Business Brain — decisions, SOPs, campaign history — every day, in production, not in a pitch deck.
  • He teaches it the way he runs it: what works, what breaks, and what still needs a human — and you’re building the starter version of it live.
“I stopped re-explaining my business to AI. That one change is why a one-person company can operate with the leverage of a much larger team.”

Founding cohort

One live room. Founding extras. The most direct access this will ever be.

No sold-out theatrics — just the truth: this is the first time the workshop runs live, founding pricing exists because you’re early, and early is when the access is highest. The workshop will run again — the founding-member extras won’t: this room keeps the template vault and a live office-hours session with Matt.

FAQ

Do I need to know how to code or write prompts?

No. You describe outcomes in plain language. The workshop handles the structure.

Which AI do I need?

Any of them. The reference build runs on Claude Code, and the identical setup works in Cursor, OpenAI Codex, Gemini, Grok, or a local model via Ollama. If you have no agentic tool at all, you can follow along in any AI chat — the Brain is plain files. No paid AI plan is required to start.

Is this just another prompt pack?

No. A prompt pack gives you better one-off instructions. The IAL gives your AI lasting context plus loops that improve — so the work happens on a trigger and resolves on its own terms, with you approving the important parts.

What if my business is small / solo?

That is the best case. Solo operators feel the "I am the integration layer" problem hardest. The IAL is how one person can operate with the leverage of a much larger team.

Does AI run unsupervised?

No. Every loop includes an eval gate and a surface where you approve, inspect, and steer. Nothing important ships without you.

Why $97?

Because a room of people who committed something builds differently than a room of free registrants. Founding pricing is the trade: you are early, so the founding cohort gets the live room, the build-along, the founding-member template vault, and a live office-hours session with Matt after the workshop. The workshop will run again — the founding extras won’t.

What if I can’t make it live?

The recording and replay are included, and everything we build is rebuildable from it. But the live session is where your questions get answered while you build — the replay is backup, not the product.

Is there a pitch at the end?

At the end we show what is next for people who want to keep building with us. It is short, it is optional, and the workshop stands on its own either way — everything listed above is yours regardless.

What’s the refund policy?

Show up and build. If by the end you don’t think it was worth $97, email us within 24 hours and we’ll refund it — no forms, no friction.

What timezone is it?

11:00 AM Pacific · 12:00 PM Mountain · 1:00 PM Central · 2:00 PM Eastern, Thursday, July 16. The replay is included if the time doesn’t work.

You can keep being the layer that holds it all together — or you can build the layer that does.
